Scheduling and COVID-19
Thanks for being here! We are currently taking appointments on a limited basis. At this time, priority will be given for existing local clients, those who have been strictly adhering to preventative measures to the best of their abilities for COVID-19, and those with gift certificate credit with us who also have been mindful of the latter. We will do our best to make sure everyone is taken care of either with us or with a trusted referral. If you would like to schedule a massage, please contact me via call, text or email:
Jen: 406-471-6423; jen@whitefishmassagetherapy.com
Prior to your appointment, please self assess your health honestly. If you have ANY of the following symptoms, please contact your therapist and reschedule.
FEVER, COUGH, SHORTNESS OF BREATH, SORE THROAT, LOSS OF SMELL OR TASTE, NAUSEA, CONGESTION, or ANY OTHER FLU LIKE SYMPTOMS
If you have traveled within 14 days by airplane or have had contact with anyone with positive test for COVID-19 or suspected to have been exposed to, or if you have tested positive with COVID-19, or have had sustained close contact with someone outside your household without masks that may have unknown exposure to COVID-19, please reschedule.
Due to the nature of close contact with massage and to honor our own and family’s well being, we kindly reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who based on the above is assessed to be of high risk to COVID19.
Masks are required upon entry to our building and during your service. We will be wearing masks, and require you to do the same. If you need one, we will have a disposable mask for you to use.
Please wash or sanitize your hands when you arrive to your appointment.
Our treatment room will be thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and aired out with open windows between each client. Laundry will be professionally cleaned or laundered carefully with hot water. We will also be running a quiet air purifier in the treatment room with HEPA filter and UV light to filter the air to help keep things fresh and clean.
Your therapist will be changing masks and clothes between each client, and will also be using protective eye wear or face shield when working in close contact with clients to minimize potential risk of transmission.
THANK YOU! It is an honor and a privilege to work with you to optimize your health and well being.

Jen Elden, LMT
Learn More
Jen practices an integrated therapeutic approach to her massage work. A typical massage with Jen will be variable in pressure, depending on how your body is responding to touch that day. Some days, for some areas, deep may be what you need. Another moment, the body may release with a lighter touch. She will work with you to get to that optimal place to restore balance, assist in healing, and promote release for each session.
In recent years, Jen has taken advantage of several incredible training opportunities with Brian Utting, one of the top massage teachers in the country, with Pacific Northwest School of Massage. Coursework in Deep Tissue Massage of the Shoulders, Neck, Back, Legs, and Lumbar Ligaments have honed her skills for precise and effective deep work to help facilitate muscle release and help eliminate pain. She also has training in Positional Release Technique, Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, Balinese, Thai, and Hot Stone/Geothermal Massage.
Jen earned a BA in Environmental Studies from Rollins College (1996) and is a graduate The Good Medicine School of Massage in Whitefish, Montana (2008), maintains Massage Therapy License with the State of Montana, National Certification by the Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, and also is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. She completed 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training locally with Shanti Yoga Studio in 2017 and is available to assist clients with Yoga to help them care for their bodies and address their areas of concern. She has serviced a wide array of clients during her tenure, with the goal to assist each person to optimize their health and well being. Jen also strives to take exceptional care of herself through massage, yoga, acupuncture, exercise in the beautiful mountain landscape, whole food nutrition, and willingly offers insights and referrals to other therapies that can further assist her clients on their healing journey. Jen is the owner of Whitefish Massage Therapy.
